OK folks, it looks like we're ready to go for Fall recruitment! Post your stats here when results start rolling in. Auburn will kick off the Fall recruitment season on August 6th! Best of luck for those of you going through recruitment or having friends or family doing so.

If you see a mistake or an issue, feel free to post or private message me, and I'm happy to fix. This is a group effort :)

I sent you a private message. :-)

Thanks for all your hard work shadokat!

I'm hearing Alabama might reach 3000(!) PNMs, but I'm going to wait until it gets announced formally.

EDIT: The number came out to 2,549 PNMs, but that's still a lot!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. These ginormous NM classes just boggle my mind. I went to school in the Northeast, and in my day total was 80. With 200+ NMs, initiation must take forever!

My PC had 7 girls (informal recruitment) and the PC sizes as of last were around 10-15! I can't imagine having 200 girls in your PC!

While our B1G schools are still having large recruitments, our private schools, directional universities and other state universities had quotas of 4 or 5 with Total being at 35. Then we have the University of Michigan with 200 women in a chapter. It seems the only places Greek Life is going to exist are the flagships. It almost feels like the 70s again (although University of Michigan went down to 3 members in 1972 before turning around).

I know big vs small chapters have been debated till the end of time on here, but I see perks and downside to both. RFM and quotas have certainly been adjusted according to how big your school is.

My school had a quota of 11 as of last recruitment, and the chapter size is about 50. I do love the intimacy of small chapters and thought "how can you do that in a PC size of 140 like at Alabama, etc." but I realized that it's more in finding your own group within that massive pledge class that leads to the great relationships seen in all greek chapters. You also have to remember that sometimes, the small schools may not have houses that bring in the bigger dues that sorority mansion might with live in fees/meal plans.
