Seems like the '1112' ranking works *best* where only one chapter gets *dropped* after a round. Or on a campus with six or less chapters.
Frankly, I just don't see how it would work on a campus with a large number of chapters to the benefit of the PNM. As others have pointed out, too much room for disappointment and cross cutting etc.
