I noticed that we are not being very friendly. I've had to delete a bunch of posts already. I don't like to do it,but I WILL not have people being disrespectful.

On that note, I welcome new people to the forum. In order to help you get settled, it would be helpful if you told us a little about yourself ( name of organization, year you pledged, link to your org's website) With so many organizations out there, it cool to meet new people.

I want this forum to be a place were everyone can feel welcome. If you feel that you can not respect the other posters, then your posts will be deleted and you will be asked not to post in this forum any longer.
