The only bad thing about the story that twinkle told is that the details didn't come out until prefs...when the girl was already somewhere on the bid list. And she actually ended up matching, quite possibly taking a spot from a girl who really
wanted to be there.
If she wanted to go through rush but knew she'd never be able to afford it or show up to bid day, she shouldn't have signed a bid card after prefs.
