It's happened several times in our chapter, but I've only been able to witness one of them. From what I've heard and witnessed, there's usually just a small ritual, which has been written up by the brother lavaliering the female with the help of the chaplain, and then voted on by the rest of the chapter. Our most recent ritual was made with the help of several alumni, though, and is going to be used for future lavaliering ceremonies as well. Nothing too special, but it's a neat ceremony. Also, since you say that y'all are very close to finishing your colonization, why not wait just a little bit longer so you don't have to worry about the colony status?
