I was thinking 2002-2003, so I pulled up the Lost Sisters from Omicron. I'm going to toss out the anomaly 2007 that is on there, but it shows two initiates from 2005, and one each fro 04, 03 and 02. The last year it really looks like there were initiates was 2001.
