Greek housing off campus, but trying to get on

Doing a paper on Greek housing trying to get on campus. Anyone know of this happening in the last few years at their school, success or not, and how I can get a hold of the research?
I'm from CSUFullerton. We've attempted it several times over the last few years, unsuccessfully. Money, security, lack of support etc. I need other sources...and fast! Thanks!
