It looks like quota for Georgia State was around 15, but can't be confirmed.

Yes. USC does formal in the winter but allow upperclassmen/transfers to do recruitment in the fall.

University of Washington: quota 16 primary, 2 secondary; total 128. Total was set at largest chapter size +10 so all chapters are eligible to COB.

I can’t believe how low quota continues to be at UW. It must be a nightmare trying to fill the houses and pay the bills….🤦🏼*♀️

I was looking at some of the older numbers threads and quota was in the 30's not so long ago. I wonder what happened to cause the numbers to fall.

I saw that enrollment was at (or near) a record high at EIU, I was hoping the recruitment numbers were up too.

At UIUC, they have a record high enrollment (and freshman class), but only about 800 PNMs for recruitment and quota was 32
