There are a lot of things she can get involved with. If it's a sorority she wants, there are some community-based (Beta Sigma Phi, for one), or service sororities.
There are plenty of organizations in the community where you can develop close bonds, perform service, and get involved. Anything from church work to Junior League to charity work, etc. What are her passions? Perhaps finding something that has to do with her hobbies. Good luck. You are a kind friend.
