UCLA bid matching official numbers
2014 Quota - 53: 35 freshmen, 18 upper
(2013 quota was 64 with 11 GLOs, followed by AGD colonizing last fall)
AXO 56 (38 + 18)
ADPi 61 (40 + 21)
APhi 59 (38 + 23 -- # from official list, but that math doesn't add up)
AGD 48 (27 + 21)
XO 61 (38 + 23)
DDD 36 (30 + 6)
DG 59 (37 + 22)
GPhiB 65 (42 + 23)
Theta 56 (37 + 19)
KD 57 (37 + 20)
Kappa 60 (38 + 22)
Pi Phi 63 (43 + 20)
981 women signed up. 683 received bids. 70% matched.
Number is below the 80-ish % matched in 2013 (want to say 85%).
This year, the party schedule went from 6 houses on 3rd round to 2 houses for Pref, combined that Round 3 was Friday & Pref wasn't until Sunday. I think many women dropped after not getting their top choices in addition to having an entire day to consider their options.
All groups but 3 at/over Panhellenic total (170), which won't be raised.
AXO, AGD & DDD will be the only GLO's who can participate in Winter Recruitment (January). Since the total of the other 9 GLO's are in the 180's to 190's, it's doubtful that any of those 9 will participate in Spring Recruitment (April).
FYI -- UCLA was 1 of 4 universities where the Rho Gammas did NOT have to keep their affiliation a secret!
Heard this was a test, but not sure what entity was driving the test.

Thank you for posting!
Man, I hate that 6 -> 2 round drop. I can only imagine all of the potentially upset PNMs who then have to go right into a full day of Prefs AND Bid Day. It doesn't give them much time to process anything, unless they got their party schedule on Saturday instead of Sunday morning. But then you have the dropping out issue.
I do think one of the biggest issues for UCLA in terms of recruitment retention is that so many women sign up in the couple of days before recruitment starts. I think you get a lot of women who didn't really think about joining a sorority until they get to school, and then some new friends or roommate convinces them to sign up.
