I just searched for any Greek life info I could, but this is basically the most I've found. They might have 2 fraternities and 1 sorority? I don't know if they're (inter)national or local.

It's a pretty small school. Mainly commuter? Possibly little interest in Greek life?

Just found this http://www.alphaetarho.org/chapters

ETA:
And more: http://www.eduinreview.com/school-se...ett-university

It looks like Phi Sigma Sigma is still there... per Wiki, the school is also listed on the sorority's active chapter directory...

Quote:
Other organizations: (Appears as submitted by school) Alpha Eta Rho, Averett Players, American Chemical Society, Averett Anime Association, Averett Collegiate Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, Averett Flying Cougars, Averett Science Association, Averett University College Republicans, BASIC, Brothers with a Purpose, Campus Activities Board, Environmental Club, Gay Straight Alliance, IMPACT, Lambda Alpha Epsilon/American Criminal Justice Club, Mu Phi Epsilon, Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority, Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Student Government Association, Sisters Implementing Sisterhood, Sociology Club, Writer's Folio Club

OK, just one more ETA!:
I just tracked down the active chapter list on Phi Sig's website. Averett isn't listed. I'm guessing the chapter just closed within the last year.

Irishpipes, you have Delta Phi Epsilon listed as suspended at Montclair State in NJ. They are actually active and have 42 NMs for Spring.

Thank you! A couple of questions:

Do you have a chapter designation for Northern Iowa? It isn't in Baird's.
I can't find a Salem College in New York. Could it be the one in North Carolina?
Was SUNY Buffalo installed in 2011 or 2009?

Thanks!

All three groups presented at UW-Milwaukee happened the week of February 17. The school has not announced which organization has been invited to re-colonize.

Is that average chapter size or chapter total or none of the above? Not for sure how big those chapters are up there.

It's kinda late in the game to make corrections, but James Madison University's Alpha Delta Pi chapter took 5 more women after recruitment, so the number for fall should be (68+5). Quota was 71.

That is awfully teeny for a state flagship. How many students are enrolled there?

Here's their Common Data Set with oodles of pertinent information, but they've got just shy of 11,000 undergrads. UVM is a little different than the other New England state flagships in that it describes itself as a blend of a public and private school, and that 76% of their Fall 2013 class is out-of-state and 66% total is out-of-state. When my mother was there she said her chapter usually hovered around 60, but that they were constantly struggling to make total and that the more successful chapters had closer to 100 girls. It seems that the Greek Life boom across the country hasn't really made its way to northern New England.

Does anyone know what the results of the Kappa Delta colonization there were? I couldn't find anything through Google.

ETA: The CDS also says that only 6% of women are in sororities and 6% are in fraternities-Greek Life isn't big there, it seems.
