Am I the only one who wonders why a school with such a teensy rush would even use a computer system?
It's still easier in the sense of lists and matching. I visited a chapter where Q was 8, they had 4 chapters, and they still used it. They didn't use ALL the features of ICS but anything is easier than hand matching when you really just want to be done and it's 11 at night. lol.

If they are using RFM, they also typically run the numbers with different quotas. Doing hand matching over and over with different quota figures would be nuts.
The school I advise at has about 130-150 register for recruitment each year and we use a computer system. We've just used it for a few years and we all feel like it makes life way easier.

How many times have you done hand matching? I'm sure not as many as I have (I'm 69 years old and been active in my alum group/national org since 1975).
