I love the song as well.
I was barely in high school at the time of Woodstock, but my brother gave me the album for Christmas. My parents threatened my life if I played Country Joe & the Fish's F-chant in front of my grandparents that day! We also played Jimi Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner on the Bicentennial Fourth of July. I have the anniversary DVD, and I think I need to get it out of the mothballs now! I am a child of the Sixties and will always love the music, starting with the Beatles. Thank you, cheerfulgreek!
