GreekGirl, I made a mistake on the ADPi list (and the NPC Calendar in the Recruitment Stories forum) regarding Queens "College" in North Carolina....it's actually Queens University

Just found the recruitment dates for the Ontario Gamma chapter of Pi Beta Phi.
They are Spetember 14-16 and September 20th.

Welcome Day, 1:15-9:00 p.m.; Visit all 9 chapter houses chapter houses to meet the women of that chapter and receive a tour of their house for tours. Each event will be 30 minutes long.
*Please also note that there will be a break from 5:00pm - 6:00pm.
Wednesday, September 29, 2004
First Events, 5:30pm - 9:50pm, visit 3 chapters; each event is 45 minutes long. The chapters will perform skits for the potential members to show the women of the chapters personalities and more details about the chapter.
Thursday, September 30, 2004
First Events Continued, 6:00-9:45 p.m., Visit 4 chapters; each event is 45 minutes long.
Friday, October 1st, 2004
Second Events, 5:30pm - 9:50pm ; Visit 5 chapter houses to learn about the chapter's community service (philanthropy) works. Potential new members will help work on projects that each chapter does as part of their philanthropy.
Saturday, October 2nd, 2004
Preference Night, 6:00pm - 9:30pm
Sunday, October 3rd, 2004
BID DAY, Baker University Center Ballroom , time TBA; Women receive bids to join a chapter!

Theta actually got 58 girls at University of Alabama. I jsut talked to a Theta friend that goes there and quota was 58 as well.
