Pref speech advice

Hey GCers !!!
I need to ask you for some advice I have been asked to speak at our pref party. I was wondering if anyone has any advice about what to say... I have a general idea of what I want to speak about... but I was wondering if anyone has any specific advice for me. I have actually never seen a pref party as I went through informal recruitment.... so any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to see what I've come up with so far PM me and I will gladly share!!! could use the input. I want it to be perfect. Thanks in advance !
